There is something special about holidays. They are felt in the whole body long before and the experience of previous celebrations stimulates the imagination to approach a personal experience again – himself! – or together with others. Easter belongs there with all its content and the meaning you decided on. One can absorb the dramatic events in the Bible with the crucifixion and the hopefulness of the resurrection where the savior was not broken. Then either. Easter is the biggest fishing holiday in our tradition and on the Easter table in Långå the delicacies that are taken from the fresh waters are served. Freeze for at least four days. Simmer gently in salted water, or butter fryer in a sufficiently hot frying pan. Served with chopped chives on buttered crisp bread. The lacquer room! Freeze for four days, tina, whisk off the membranes in a water bath, they, drain in filter, salta, pepper, serve on buttered toast, white bread, with chopped red onion and a small dollop of crème fraiche and maybe a little dill tip.
