Happy Easter!

The sheer spring greenery is a temporary guest and introduction to the time when nature dresses in greenery. Hour by hour the shades in noble contest to attract our eyes to the palette's color tones. It goes fast when spring turns green. The days are concentrates that depict the resurrection of life and create hope. The sudden repeats itself with traditions as markers in the present's movement between then and then.
In the midst of this, the long-awaited happens, but often unexpected, one of the fisherman's goals. Gustav Settling, eleven years, landed a nice Långåljus nanöring of just over a kilo the day before yesterday. Per-Ola Persson landed yesterday, Långåfiskets River Keeper, one at half past two. Among others. Trout and Grundsjörðing were served on Easter Eve everywhere in Lånå.
That one of Långåfisket's four nobles – trout, char, whitefish and grayling – belongs on the Easter table is an old tradition. Some also enjoy an Easter pike following a recipe inherited from the family. Some serve salmon roe as caviar, a delicacy on par with the most famous – and expensive! There are variations, nuances and highlights of the experiences at their best!

Happy Easter!
To all of you from all of us on the board of the Långå Fisheries Association
