In view of the prevailing circumstances, the Board of Directors of Långå FVOF has resolved to withdraw the notice to the Annual General Meeting on 31 mars 2020.

As soon as the situation clears when it comes to restrictions and instructions from the Public Health Authority, a new summons will take place. The board therefore asks to come back with a new date for the annual general meeting 2020.

The decision is not supported by the statutes, but after consultation with the county board, is this a consistent decision considering the situation.
