Långåfisket is open for free fishing next to Långå Skans’ stretch along Långåljusnan. It is approx 100 meter long stretch with good fishing for grayling, stylish, trout, perch and pike. The collaboration with the project group for Långå Skans began at the turn of the year 2022/23 and is part of Långåfisket's cultural program.

summer 1700, in just two months, the impressive construction of Långå Skans as a defense facility in 'Långåå' was carried out’ valley'. 600 one participated in the building. Today, the high earthen ramparts that form the star-shaped fortification of the redoubt remain. A place worth visiting for that reason as well!
