The board of Långå FVOF calls owners and invites other interested parties to the Autumn meeting
on Monday 1 november kl 19.00 on Applications&Pleasure. Warm welcome!

Finally, it will be possible to meet again in a normal way. As you know, the autumn meeting is the occasion when the fees for next year must be decided. Actually, that's the only issue, but we will present some current events that started during the pandemic. An update on the fishing year will be provided.

The prices of fishing licenses have remained unchanged since then 2012. During the same time, over ten million kroner has been invested in fisheries conservation, service and development, Groundwater project included. The income from the fishing licenses has been reinvested for the benefit of the angler. The extensive investment program has increased the value of the natural resource through conservation measures, fiske- and biotope care. This has been financed both with own funds and unpaid work, as well as externally supplied funds from the county board, the municipality, I, the power of the power industry, Sportfiskarna and Fortum Sverige AB as well as local companies. No distribution has been made to the owners.

Against that background and the fact that Långåfisket has obvious qualities, it is time to adjust the prices, believes the board. According to the board's proposal, the daily pass would be increased by 40 SEK, with the three-day card 90 and the weekly cards with 140 SEK. The fishing license for villagers is proposed to remain unchanged. For cottage owners, it would increase 100 SEK. It is proposed to increase the number of fly fishing licenses 30, 100 respective 250 SEK.

One news is that the board wants to introduce family cards, which means a small surcharge on the basic price per additional person. There is great interest in obtaining family cards!
