The Långå fisheries conservation area's association runs a significant investment activity for, among other things, biotope measures, fishery care and maintenance. Several measures are run in project form where ownership, governance and management takes place with people on the board who have been assigned responsibility or as leaders in project organization..
Implementation takes place after procurement of contracting services from companies that meet the applicable tax requirements, environment, security, insurance of own business and other conditions and commitments included in business operations.
Långå FVOF is not obliged to apply the law on public procurement, LOU, but follows its intentions in applicable parts, since large parts of the financing take place with externally supplied funds, including from the state and the EU.
In the calculations for each measure and project, the median in the construction agreement for Jämtland County is applied 2023 – 2025. (construction worker).
The business plan 2024 contains measures for, among other things, the renovation of a stretch in Långåljusnan, phase 5, The ground lake project and construction of the FISHING LAKE at Långå Skans.
